Website contact
This notice applies to the Politics Pilot website. For enquiry-related privacy questions and requests, contact contact@politicspilot.com or call +91 6366 82 9999. The website contact address is Yelahanka, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560064, India.
Information you choose to submit
The enquiry form asks for your name and phone number. Depending on the form, you may also provide an email address, constituency, election type, timeline and message. The submission includes the page, service and language context, your consent selection, the notice version and a submission timestamp.
We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you requested. Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for unrelated marketing. Please do not send voter databases, identity documents or confidential campaign records through this public form.
Form processing and other providers
Your submission is sent over HTTPS to Make through the website's configured webhook for enquiry processing and follow-up. Make and any services connected by the website operator in its automation can receive the submitted details. Make may also process technical information such as IP addresses. See the Make privacy notice for information about its processing practices.
Website hosting providers may receive technical request logs. If you choose a WhatsApp, email or phone link, the service you use handles that communication under its own terms and privacy practices.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is off by default. It loads only after you choose to allow optional analytics. If enabled, it can process page views, interaction events, browser/device information and browser identifiers or cookies. The website does not send the names, phone numbers, email addresses or messages entered in enquiry forms as analytics event values. Advertising storage and advertising personalisation are not enabled by this website's analytics configuration.
You can change the preference below or in the footer. Turning analytics off stops this site's analytics events and removes accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies. It does not erase information already received by Google. See Google's privacy policy.
Optional analytics: off.
Browser preferences
The website uses local storage to remember your analytics choice, whether you dismissed an enquiry popup and whether you successfully submitted an enquiry. These preference records do not contain the contact details you type into the form. Clearing browser storage resets these choices but does not delete an enquiry already submitted.
Retention and your requests
Enquiry correspondence may remain in enquiry records and provider systems while the enquiry, any related engagement and applicable record-keeping needs continue. The website does not automatically delete messages from those separate systems. Providers apply their own retention policies.
To ask about your information, correct details, withdraw permission for further enquiry contact, request deletion or raise a privacy concern, email contact@politicspilot.com. Include enough information to identify the enquiry; do not email identity documents unless an appropriate verification method has been agreed. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and any lawful record-keeping requirements.
Security and scope
Contact forms are intended for basic business enquiries from adults. Internet transmission and third-party systems cannot be guaranteed risk-free. This notice describes this website; any future campaign work involving voter or other personal data requires a separate agreed scope and review of data permissions and responsibilities.
